Questions we hear a lot
How long does an order take?
Ready designs from the shop are usually printed and dispatched within 2–4 days. Custom designs take a little longer — typically 5–10 days including the design preview. Courier time depends on where you are in India, usually 3–6 days more.
How is the price decided for custom prints?
Mostly by size, print time and design effort. Tell us your idea and budget on WhatsApp and we'll give you a clear quote before anything starts — no surprises.
What material do you print with? Is it safe?
We mostly use PLA, a plant-based plastic that's sturdy, lightweight and safe to handle — great for toys and home decor. For pieces that need extra strength or heat resistance, we'll suggest the right material in the quote.
Do you ship outside Kozhikode?
Yes! Everything is well padded and couriered anywhere in India. Local pickup in Kozhikode can also be arranged on WhatsApp.
Can I order in bulk for an event?
Absolutely — return gifts, wedding favours and corporate gifting are some of our favourite projects. Batch pricing kicks in for larger quantities; message us with the count and date.
What if my print arrives damaged?
Send us a photo on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery and we'll print and ship a replacement. It hardly ever happens — we pack like worried parents.
